Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use
These terms and conditions of use for Righto(the “Platform”), constitute a legal agreement and are entered into by and between you and Righto APP Technology Ltd. ("Company,", “Righto”, "we," "us," "our"). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents and/or additional terms they expressly incorporate by reference(collectively, these "Terms and Conditions"), govern your access to and use, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our Platform and related websites, services, applications, products and content (collectively, the “Services”)
BY USING THE PLATFORM OR BY CLICKING TO ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND AND COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINE, , INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR THE PRIVACY POLICY, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.
By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you are the legal age of majority under applicable law to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Platform.
Modifications to the Terms and Conditions and to the Platform
The information and material on this Platform, and the Platform, may be changed, updated, withdrawn, or terminated at any time in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Platform is restricted to users or unavailable at any time or for any period.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Users are responsible for obtaining their own access to the Platform. Users are required to ensure that all persons who access the Platform through a user's internet connection are aware of these Terms and Conditions and comply with them. The Platform, including content or areas of the Platform, may require user registration. It is a condition of your use of the Platform that all the information you provide on the Platform is correct, current, and complete.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Platform. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Platform.
Your provision of registration information and any submissions you make to the Platform through any functionality such as applications, chat rooms, e-mail, message boards, personal, or interest group web pages, profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other such functions (collectively, "Interactive Functions") constitutes your consent to all actions we take with respect to such information consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Any username, password, or any other piece of information chosen by you, or provided to you as part of our security procedures, must be treated as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You must exercise caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information. You understand and agree that should you be provided an account, your account is personal to you and you agree not to provide any other person with access to this Platform or portions of it using your username, password, or other security information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password or any other breach of security. You also agree to ensure that you logout from your account at the end of each session. You are responsible for any password misuse or any unauthorized access.
You understand and confirm that the ownership and related rights and interests of your registered account in Righto belong to Righto, and you only have the right to use the account after completing the registration procedures. Your account is limited to your own use. Without the written consent of the company, it is prohibited to give, borrow, rent, transfer, sell or otherwise permit others to use the account in any form. If the Company discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, the company has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to the registered account without notifying you, and has the right to cancel the account without registering the account. The user of the account bears legal responsibility.
Your Access to and Use of Our Services
Righto may develop different application software versions for different terminal equipment and usage requirements. You should obtain, download, and install the appropriate version according to the actual equipment and requirements.
The specific scope of the services on this platform is provided according to the actual situation. Righto reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate some or all of the services. Righto is not responsible for any losses caused to you due to such adjustments to our Services. Unless otherwise expressly stipulated in this Terms and Conditions, any new functions added or enhanced on this Platform, including new products launched, are subject to this Terms. You understand and agree that the services of this platform are only provided in accordance with the current status, and Righto shall not be responsible for any user communication or personalization setting timeliness, deletion, delivery errors, failure to save or any other problems. If you do not accept the adjustments to our Services, please stop using the Service; otherwise, your continued use of the Service shall be regarded as your full agreement to the adjustments to our Service and consent to abide by it.
Righto may charge certain fees to users of some Services from time to time. In this case, Righto will make a clear reminder on the relevant page. If you refuse to pay such fees, you cannot use the related services.
You understand and agree that Righto provides access to the Services. However You should be responsible for other services such as computers, modems and other devices related to Internet access and the required fees, the telephone charges and internet charges.
The scope of the Services provided by Righto may include: text, software, sound, pictures, videos, charts, etc. All these contents are protected by copyright, trademark and other property ownership laws. You can use these contents only after obtaining the authorization of Righto or other registered owners, and you cannot copy or recreate these contents without authorization, or create derivative products related to the contents. In addition to the above, your access to and use of the Services must, at all times, be compliant with our Community Guidelines.
With the permission of Righto, the sharing and forwarding of the User Content(defined below) of Rightoby you and a third party shall also comply with the following: (1) For crawling, statistics, and related search hot words, hit rates, and related data such as classification, search volume, click-through rate, reading volume, etc., without Righto’s prior written consent, the above-mentioned data shall not be publicized, provided, or leaked to any third party in any way; (2) No changes can be made to the source webpage of Righto in any form, including but not limited to the links to the homepage of Righto, links to advertising systems, etc., and you shall not obstruct the display of the source page of Righto in any form, insert, pop-up window, etc.; (3) ) Safe, effective, and rigorous measures should be taken to prevent the user content of Righto from being illegally obtained by a third party through any form including but not limited to the "spider" program; (4) The relevant data content should not be used for purposes outside the scope of Righto’s written permission, to conduct any form of sales and commercial use, or to disclose, provide or allow third parties to use in any way. (5) forwarding, sharing or copying the contents of Righto to any third party that you enjoy is also subject to Community Guidelines and other rules provided by Righto for this purpose.
You are prohibited from attempting to circumvent and from violating the security of this Platform, including, without limitation: (a) accessing content and data that is not intended for you; (b) attempting to breach or breaching the security and/or authentication measures which are not authorized; (c) restricting, disrupting or disabling service to users, hosts, servers, or networks; (d) illicitly reproducing TCP/IP packet header; (e) disrupting network services and otherwise disrupting Platform owner's ability to monitor the Platform; (f) using any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Platform for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Platform; (g) introducing any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful; (h) attacking the Platform via a denial-of-service attack, distributed denial-of-service attack, flooding, mailbombing, or crashing; and (i) otherwise attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Platform.
Whenever you access or use a feature that allows you to upload or transmit User Content(defined below) through the Services (including via certain third party social media platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter), or to make contact with other users of the Services, you must comply with the standards set out at “Your Access to and Use of Our Services”herein. You may also choose to upload or transmit your User Content, including User Content that includes Righto Elements(defined below), on sites or platforms hosted by third parties. If you decide to do this, you must comply with their content guidelines as well as with the standards set out at “Your Access to and Use of Our Services”herein.
We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or disable access to content at our discretion for any reason or no reason. Some of the reasons we may remove or disable access to content may include finding the content objectionable, in violation of these Terms and Conditions or our Community Guidelines, or otherwise harmful to the Services or our users. Our automated systems analyze your content to provide you personally relevant product features, such as customized search results, tailored advertising, and spam and malware detection. This analysis occurs as the content is sent, received, and when it is stored.
Intellectual Property Rights and Ownership
You understand and agree that the Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including, but not limited to, all information, software, code, data text, displays, graphics, photographs, images, video, audio, music, broadcast, design, presentation, website layout, selection, and arrangement, are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected in all forms by intellectual property laws including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and any other proprietary rights.
The Company name, the Company trademarks, the Company logo and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, images, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company. Other names, logos, product and service names, designs, images, and slogans mentioned, or which appear on this Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners. Use of any such property, except as expressly authorized, shall constitute an infringement or violation of the rights of the property owner and may be a violation of federal or other laws and could subject the infringer to legal action.
You may only use the Platform for your personal and non-commercial use. You shall not directly or indirectly reproduce, compile for an internal database, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform, in any form or medium.
Users are notpermitted to modify copies of any materials from this Platform nor delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from this site. You must not access or use for any commercial purposes any part of the Platform or any services or materials available through the Platform.
If you print off, copy, or download any part of our Platform in breach of these Terms and Conditions, your right to use our Services will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. You have no right, title, or interest in or to the Platform or to any content on the Platform, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company. Any use of the Platform not expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may infringe or violate copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or other proprietary laws.
The content on our Platform is provided for general information purposes only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain more specific or professional advice before taking, or refraining from, any action or inaction on the basis of the content on our site.
Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our Platform, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our Platform is accurate, complete, or up to date. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk and neither the Company nor its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, contractors, licensors, licensees, suppliers, or successors have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for your use of this Platform.

For your convenience, this Platform may provide links or pointers to third-party applications or platforms. We make no representations about any other platforms that may be accessed from this Platform. If you choose to access any such platforms, you do so at your own risk. We have no control over the contents of any such third-party platforms and accept no responsibility for such platforms or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. You are subject to any terms and conditions of such third-party platforms.
Such links to third-party platforms from the Platform may include links to certain social media features that enable you to link or transmit on your own or using certain third-party platforms, certain content from this Platform. You may only use these features when they are provided by us and solely with respect to the content identified.
License and Privacy
Subject to the terms and conditions of the Terms, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, worldwide license to access and use the Services, including to download the Platform on a permitted device, and to access the Righto Content(defined below) solely for your personal, non-commercial use through your use of the Services and solely in compliance with these Terms. Righto reserves all rights not expressly granted herein in the Services and the Righto Content. You acknowledge and agree that Righto may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason.
You further grant us a royalty-free license to use your username, profile photo, image, voice, and likeness to identify you as the source of any of your User Content(defined below).
With your authorization, Righto may cooperate with a third party to provide you with our Services. In this case, if the third party agrees to assume the same responsibility for protecting user privacy as Righto, then Righto may provide your account and user information to the third party.
By posting user content to or through the Services, you waive any rights to prior inspection or approval of any marketing or promotional materials related to such user Content. You also waive any and all rights of privacy, publicity, or any other rights of a similar nature in connection with your user content, or any portion thereof. To the extent any moral rights are not transferable or assignable, you hereby waive and agree never to assert any and all moral rights, or to support, maintain or permit any action based on any moral rights that you may have in or with respect to any user Content you post to or through the Services.
By submitting your personal information and using our Platform, you consent to the collection, use, reproduction, hosting, transmission, and disclosure of any such user content submissions in compliance with our Privacy Policy, as we deem necessary for use of the Platform and provision of services.
By using this Platform you are consenting to the use of cookies which allow a server to recall previous requests or registration and/or IP addresses to analyze platform use patterns. You can change your setting to notify you before you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it. You can also change your setting to turn off cookies. If you do, however, some areas of the Platform may not function adequately.
You control whether your User Content is made publicly available on the Services to all other users of the Services or only available to people you approve. To restrict access to your User Content, you should select the privacy setting available within the Platform.
If you no longer want to use our Services again, and would like your account deleted, contact us at: [email protected] We will provide you with further assistance and guide you through the process. Once you choose to delete your account, you will not be able to reactivate your account or retrieve any of the content or information you have added.

Righto Content
As between you and Righto, all content, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music on and “look and feel” of the Services, and all intellectual property rights related thereto (the “Righto Content”), are either owned or licensed by Righto, it being understood that you or your licensors will own any User Content (as defined below) you upload or transmit through the Services. Use of the Righto Content or materials on the Services for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms is strictly prohibited. Such content may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed or otherwise exploited for any purpose whatsoever without our or, where applicable, our licensors’ prior written consent. We and our licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted in and to their content.
You acknowledge and agree that we may generate revenues, increase goodwill or otherwise increase our value from your use of the Services, including, by way of example and not limitation, through the sale of advertising, sponsorships, promotions and usage data, and except as specifically permitted by us in these Terms or in another agreement you enter into with us, you will have no right to share in any such revenue, goodwill or value whatsoever. You further acknowledge that, except as specifically permitted by us in these Terms or in another agreement you enter into with us, you (i) have no right to receive any income or other consideration from any User Content (defined below) or your use of any images, posters, videos, musical works, sound recordings or audiovisual clips made available to you on or through the Services, including in any User Content created by you, and (ii) are prohibited from exercising any rights to monetize or obtain consideration from any User Content within the Services or on any third party service ( e.g. , you cannot claim User Content that has been uploaded to a social media platform such as YouTube for monetization).
Subject to the terms and conditions of the Terms, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, worldwide license to access and use the Services, including to download the Platform on a permitted device, and to access the Righto Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use through your use of the Services and solely in compliance with these Terms. Righto reserves all rights not expressly granted herein in the Services and the Righto Content. You acknowledge and agree that Righto may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason.
You acknowledge and agree that when you view content provided by others on the Services, you are doing so at your own risk. The content on our Services is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our Services.
We make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that any Righto Content (including User Content) is accurate, complete or up to date. Where our Services contain links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them. You acknowledge that we have no obligation to pre-screen, monitor, review, or edit any content posted by you and other users on the Services (including User Content).
User-Generated Content
Users of the Services may be permitted to upload, post, share or transmit or otherwise make available content through the Services including, without limitation, any text, photographs, pictures, images, datas, user videos and sound recordings, including videos that incorporate locally stored sound recordings from your personal music library and ambient noise (“User Content”). Users of the Services may also extract all or any portion of User Content created by another user to produce additional User Content, including collaborative User Content with other users, that combine and intersperse User Content generated by more than one user. The information and materials in the User Content, have not been verified or approved by us. The views expressed by other users on the Services do not represent our views or values.
Whenever you access or use a feature that allows you to upload or transmit User Content through the Services (including via certain third party social media platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter), or to make contact with other users of the Services, you must comply with the standards set out at “Your Access to and Use of Our Services” above. As noted above, these features may not be available to all users of the Services, and we have no liability to you for limiting your right to certain features of the Services.
You warrant that any such contribution does comply with those standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.
Any User Content will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You must not post any User Content on or through the Services or transmit to us any User Content that you consider to be confidential or proprietary. When you submit User Content through the Services, you agree and represent that you own that User Content, or you have received all necessary permissions, clearances from, or are authorised by, the owner of any part of the content to submit it to the Services, to transmit it from the Services to other third party platforms, and/or adopt any third party content.
You or the owner of your User Content still own the copyright in User Content sent to us, but by submitting User Content via the Services, you hereby grant us an unconditional irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully transferable, perpetual worldwide licence to use, modify, adapt, reproduce, make derivative works of, publish and/or transmit, and/or distribute and to authorise other users of the Services and other third-parties to view, access, use, download, modify, adapt, reproduce, make derivative works of, publish and/or transmit your User Content in any format and on any platform, either now known or hereinafter invented.
You further grant us a royalty-free license to use your user name, image, voice, and likeness to identify you as the source of any of your User Content; provided, however, that your ability to provide an image, voice, and likeness may be subject to limitations due to age restrictions.
Waiver of Rights to User Content. By posting User Content to or through the Services, you waive any rights to prior inspection or approval of any marketing or promotional materials related to such User Content. You also waive any and all rights of privacy, publicity, or any other rights of a similar nature in connection with your User Content, or any portion thereof. To the extent any moral rights are not transferable or assignable, you hereby waive and agree never to assert any and all moral rights, or to support, maintain or permit any action based on any moral rights that you may have in or with respect to any User Content you post to or through the Services.
We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any User Content posted or uploaded by you to our Services constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
We, or authorized third parties, reserve the right to cut, crop, edit or refuse to publish, your content at our or their sole discretion. We have the right to remove, disallow, block or delete any posting you make on our Services if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards set out at “Your Access to and Use of Our Services” above. In addition, we have the right – but not the obligation – in our sole discretion to remove, disallow, block or delete any User Content (i) that we consider to violate these Terms, or (ii) in response to complaints from other users or third parties, with or without notice and without any liability to you. As a result, we recommend that you save copies of any User Content that you post to the Services on your personal device(s) in the event that you want to ensure that you have permanent access to copies of such User Content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, appropriateness or quality of any User Content, and under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any User Content.
You control whether your User Content is made publicly available on the Services to all other users of the Services or only available to people you approve. To restrict access to your User Content, you should select the privacy setting available within the Platform.
We accept no liability in respect of any content submitted by users and published by us or by authorized third parties.

Righto takes reasonable measures to expeditiously remove from our Services any infringing material that we become aware of. It is Righto’s policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable or terminate the accounts of users of the Services who repeatedly infringe copyrights or intellectual property rights of others.
While our own staff is continually working to develop and evaluate our own product ideas and features, we pride ourselves on paying close attention to the interests, feedback, comments, and suggestions we receive from the user community. If you choose to contribute by sending us or our employees any ideas for products, services, features, modifications, enhancements, content, refinements, technologies, content offerings (such as audio, visual, games, or other types of content), promotions, strategies, or product/feature names, or any related documentation, artwork, computer code, diagrams, or other materials (collectively “Feedback”), then regardless of what your accompanying communication may say, the following terms will apply, so that future misunderstandings can be avoided. Accordingly, by sending Feedback to us, you agree that:
Righto has no obligation to review, consider, or implement your Feedback, or to return to you all or part of any Feedback for any reason;
Feedback is provided on a non-confidential basis, and we are not under any obligation to keep any Feedback you send confidential or to refrain from using or disclosing it in any way; and
You irrevocably grant us perpetual and unlimited permission to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, modify, publicly perform (including on a through-to-the-audience basis), communicate to the public, make available, publicly display, and otherwise use and exploit the Feedback and derivatives thereof for any purpose and without restriction, free of charge and without attribution of any kind, including by making, using, selling, offering for sale, importing, and promoting commercial products and services that incorporate or embody Feedback, whether in whole or in part, and whether as provided or as modified.
The owner of the Platform is based in Province of Ontario in Canada. We provide this Platform for use only by persons located in Canada. This Platform is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where its use is not permitted. If you access the Platform from outside Canada, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws of your jurisdiction.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND THIS PLATFORM, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS FOUND OR ATTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE PLATFORM, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS FOUND OR ATTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
EXCEPT WHERE SUCH EXCLUSIONS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL THE COMPANY NOR ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, LICENSEES, SUPPLIERS, OR SUCCESSORS BE LIABLE FOR NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, NEGLIGENT MISREPRESENTATION, FUNDAMENTAL BREACH, DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF PRIVACY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF THE PARTY WAS ALLEGEDLY ADVISED OR HAD REASON TO KNOW, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, OR RELIANCE ON, THE PLATFORM, ANY LINKED WEBSITES, APPLICATIONS, OR SUCH OTHER THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARES, NOR ANY CONTENT, MATERIALS, POSTING, OR INFORMATION THEREON EVEN IF THE PARTY WAS ALLEGEDLY ADVISED OR HAD REASON TO KNOW.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, contractors, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, your User Submissions, third-party sites, any use of the Platform's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law and Choice of Forum
The Platform and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision, principle, or rule and notwithstanding your domicile, residence, or physical location.
Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Platform and under these Terms and Conditions will be instituted in the courts of the Province of Ontario and/or the Federal Court of Canada, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such action or proceeding. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to the venue of such courts.
The Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and Community Guideline constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Righto regarding the Platform and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.
